Sessions for one hour are generally arranged on a weekly basis. However, this is negotiable on an individual basis.
How many sessions will I need?
This will depend on the individual, usually between 6-12 sessions are typically required.
What happens if I can’t attend my appointment?
Appointments can be cancelled and re-scheduled without charge as long as I receive 24 hours notice.
