Using mindfulness based interventions with the underpinning philosophy that is it is our relationship to our internal experience which impacts our life. Encouraging and enhancing a person's focus on what is valuable to them in a compassionate and practical way.
Recently I have moved my practice to online sessions. I work with adults with the following difficulties: trauma, low mood, anxiety, phobias, bereavement, tinnitus and hyperacusis, emotional and behavioural difficulties, issues related to food and weight and repetitive behaviours.
